Why Ariea
Starting a business is hard enough without worrying about where to work. Ariea began with a simple idea: give people with a new business, or an idea they are ready to try, a proper place to begin, with the basics already taken care of.
That is why our commercial units and studios in London come with a professional business address, mail delivery points, parking, a kitchen, toilets, waiting areas, vending machines and a housekeeping service to keep shared areas clean and tidy. They are also located alongside other businesses, creating a community where you can learn, share ideas and grow together.
Looking after property is what we do, so it grew naturally. We let rooms and manage residential properties, and we now offer property services: refurbishment, repairs and maintenance, removals, clearance and end of tenancy servicing, for landlords, agents and tenants.
